Special Conditions for Customized Products
Since customized marble sinks are produced according to the customer's specific requests and measurements, our return and exchange policy differs for these products:

Manufacturing Defect or Damage: In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage occurring during delivery for customized products, [AYMARBLEDESIGN LLC] must be notified within 48 hours of the product's delivery. This notification must include photographic evidence (clear photos of the damage or defect). In such cases, the repair, exchange, or refund of the product will be covered by our company.

Customer-Induced Errors: [AYMARBLEDESIGN LLC] is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer, wrong design choices, or changes requested after order confirmation. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in such situations. Therefore, it is strongly advised to carefully check all details before confirming the order.

Cancellation Policy: Customized product orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. For cancellation requests before production starts, please contact our customer services.
Return & Exchange Process

Damaged Product Delivery
When you receive your product, please inspect the package in the presence of the cargo delivery person. If you detect any damage or defect, do not accept the product and have the cargo delivery person prepare a damage report, then immediately contact our customer service. We will not accept responsibility for damages occurring after the product is accepted without a damage report.
