General Return & Exchange Conditions

Return Period: Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the product's delivery date. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if this period is exceeded.
Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Products that have been installed or modified in any way will not be accepted for return.
Invoice/Receipt: The original sales invoice or receipt must be presented for all return and exchange requests.
Shipping Costs: For returns or exchanges, the cost of returning the product to us is borne by the customer. For returns of damaged or defective products, shipping costs will be covered by [AYMARBLEDESIGN LLC].

Special Conditions for Customized Products

Since customized marble sinks are produced according to the customer's specific requests and measurements, our return and exchange policy differs for these products:

Manufacturing Defect or Damage: In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage occurring during delivery for customized products, [AYMARBLEDESIGN LLC] must be notified within 48 hours of the product's delivery. This notification must include photographic evidence (clear photos of the damage or defect). In such cases, the repair, exchange, or refund of the product will be covered by our company.
Customer-Induced Errors: [AYMARBLEDESIGN LLC] is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer, wrong design choices, or changes requested after order confirmation. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in such situations. Therefore, it is strongly advised to carefully check all details before confirming the order.
Cancellation Policy: Customized product orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. For cancellation requests before production starts, please contact our customer services.

Return & Exchange Process

Approval & Guidance: After your request is reviewed, our customer service team will inform you about the next steps of the return/exchange process and guide you on where to send the product.
Product Shipment: Once approved, please package the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the specified address. Sharing the tracking number with our customer service will help expedite the process.
Inspection & Processing: Upon arrival of the returned product, its condition will be checked to ensure it complies with our policy. Once the inspection is complete, your return or exchange process will be initiated, and you will be notified.
- For Returns: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after the product reaches us.
- For Exchanges: The new product will be dispatched as soon as possible, depending on stock availability.

Damaged Product Delivery

When you receive your product, please inspect the package in the presence of the cargo delivery person. If you detect any damage or defect, do not accept the product and have the cargo delivery person prepare a damage report, then immediately contact our customer service. We will not accept responsibility for damages occurring after the product is accepted without a damage report.
