  • For customized marble sink orders, a deposit of a certain percentage (e.g., %50) of the total order value may be required before production begins. The remaining balance will be due when the product is ready for shipment.

5. Order Cancellation and Refunds

 

  • Order cancellations and product returns are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • For accepted returns, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
